Terms & Conditions & Risk Waiver.

Welcome to Alpine Edge Ski Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”).

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Risk Waiver below (“Terms”), apply to all users of our website and services, including:

• Digital coaching programmes • Online ski coaching • Strength and conditioning programmes • Video feedback services • Live coaching calls and consultations

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

By creating an account, purchasing a service, or participating in any activity, you confirm that:

• you have read and understood these Terms • you accept the risks involved • you agree to be bound by this Risk Waiver

You acknowledge that skiing and all related training activities, including strength training, conditioning, mobility, balance, and technique development (“Activities”), are inherently dangerous.

These risks include, but are not limited to:

• falls, slips, and collisions • improper technique execution • equipment misuse or failure • environmental hazards (including snow, terrain, weather) • physical exertion and fatigue • serious injury, illness, permanent disability, or death

These risks cannot be eliminated, even with reasonable care. You voluntarily and fully assume all risks associated with participation.

You acknowledge that:

• all coaching is delivered remotely • no in-person supervision is provided • we do not monitor your activities in real time • we cannot assess your environment, equipment, or physical condition

You agree that you participate entirely at your own risk and that Alpine Edge Ski Academy has no responsibility to supervise, intervene, or ensure your safety.

You accept full responsibility for:

• how you perform any exercise or ski technique • ensuring your environment is safe • ensuring equipment is safe and suitable • assessing weather, terrain, and ski conditions • your physical and mental readiness

You acknowledge that instructions may be misinterpreted or performed incorrectly and that you assume all risks arising from this.

Where you record or submit videos for coaching:

• you are solely responsible for your safety while filming • you accept that filming may increase risk • you are responsible for camera setup, positioning, and surroundings

We accept no liability for any injury or damage occurring during filming.

All exercises and training plans:

• are general in nature • are not tailored to your individual medical condition • may not be suitable for you

You are solely responsible for determining whether any exercise is safe for you.

You confirm that:

• you are responsible for assessing your own fitness • you have sought medical advice where appropriate • you will not participate if injured, unwell, or impaired

You agree to stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

All content provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute:

• medical advice • physiotherapy advice • professional instruction

You must not rely on our services as a substitute for professional advice.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• improvement in skiing ability • performance outcomes • injury prevention

All results depend on your own actions and circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Alpine Edge Ski Academy shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from your participation • you release us from all claims arising from your use of the services

This includes claims arising from negligence, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpine Edge Ski Academy from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

• your participation in activities • your misuse of the services • your breach of these Terms

No Refunds — All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

You will not receive a refund for:

• change of mind • non-use of services • inability to participate

Missed Sessions — If you miss a scheduled coaching session: the session is forfeited and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. This includes late attendance, technical issues on your side, and failure to join.

Subscriptions — Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. No refunds are provided for unused time. Cancellation stops future billing only.

You are responsible for complying with any local laws in your jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms at any time.

If any part is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• you understand the risks involved • you accept full responsibility for your participation • you agree that you participate entirely at your own risk
